        Grandscape is expected to bring 5000+ jobs to the area but not just the Grandscape alone. Since this is such a massive project, other businesses have jumped at the opportunity to work along side Grandscape. Top Golf and Rooms to Go are a couple of the larger names that have first positioned itself on the opposite side of the Sam Rayburn 121 Hwy alongside many many other retailers to come!
